El arquero colombiano Carlos Barahona fue castigado con tres partidos debido a la expulsión sufrida en el compromiso entre San José y Bolívar (4-2), jugado en el estadio Hernando Siles de La Paz, el pasado jueves, lo que le imposibilitará jugar las fechas finales del campeonato Apertura de la Liga.
En ese encuentro Barahona agredió físicamente a Ever Cantero de Bolívar, después de un gol, y por eso recibió la tarjeta roja. No es la primera vez que el golero colombiano sufre la expulsión del campo de juego y por ser reincidente sufrió el castigo con esta cantidad de compromisos.
Barahona cumplió el domingo su suspensión habitual, pero ahora le restan dos partidos de castigo más por cumplir, frente a Universitario y La Paz Fútbol Club. Su reemplazante natural será José Peñarrieta, cuya actuación también fue cuestionada por los errores que tuvo cuando le tocó defender el arco.
